  1. Confirm order details with Sunfung.
  2. Sunfung issues Proforma Invoice (PI) promptly.
  3. Pay to our account to finalize order & start production.

Step 2

Production Lead Time
Production starts post-payment. Lead time depends on order type:
  1. Regular Order: Within 25 days.
  2. Stock/Small Order (1-5 units): 7-10 days.

Step 3

Delivery Methods & Timeframe
Option 1: Courier Air Delivery (DHL/UPS/FedEx)
  • Pros: Fast door-to-door; courier handles customs & inland delivery.
  • Cost: Higher than other air options.
  • Time: 3-7 days (for urgent needs).

Step 3

Option 2: Forwarder Air Delivery
  • Process: Arrives at local airport; you handle customs & inland delivery.
  • Cost: Lower than courier air.
  • Time: 7-10 days total.

Option 3: Sea/Ocean Delivery (For Container Loads/Large Quantity)

Payment term

Normally Sunfung accept the 30% deposit to start the order, when machine is ready, we will share all the detail photo, videos to customer,  then need customer support to send us balance payment for it.  Then we make the shipment for them.  We accept the T/T, L/C, etc
