Both lamination and foiling-film rolls are available in a variety of widths and lengths, offering excellent value and cost-effective production – especially when using the SF-390 and SF-540  model with its extended input table for banners and lengthy media. The pneumatic pressure is provided by the built-in silent compressor located in the SF-390 and SF-540  stand. This semi-automatic system is hand-fed with automatic sheet separation. With the ability to work at speeds of up to 15 metres per minute, the Sunfung SF-390 and SF-540  can laminate over 1950 SRA3 sheets per hour.

The laminating film is micro-perforated at the edge by a sturdy marking device and then separated by the pneumatic burst roller. This enables the easy separation of laminated sheets prior to the actual edge of the media, resulting in clean and square datum edges for accurate measuring, cutting, folding or guillotining. Other devices often require time-consuming and imprecise manual separation.
