The Sunfung SF-EA3/ EA4 is a high-performance, large-format cutting machine, perfectly designed for small-batch production of full-bleed business cards, postcards, photographs and a wide range of paper products. Built with sturdy construction and simple, straightforward controls, this device delivers fast on-demand cutting, with a maximum working speed of 230 business cards per minute.

Fitted with an easy-to-read LCD screen, the SF-EA3/ EA4 allows operators to quickly select from six preset cutting programmes or save up to ten fully customised cutting settings to suit unique production needs. The machine comes preconfigured to work with standard A3  and SRA3 printed sheets. Its input tray can hold up to forty sheets of 200gsm paper at one time, and supports paper weights of up to 350gsm (130# cover paper). An optional wheeled cabinet with a waste bin is available for higher-volume workflows, enabling effortless movement and tidy storage.

Equipped with an automatic friction feeding system, this versatile cutter handles coated and uncoated paper, laminated sheets and thick card stock with consistent results. It features self-sharpening precision blades that deliver cutting accuracy within 0.1mm. A built-in registration mark reader is also included to further improve cutting precision for professional finishes.

The machine comes fitted with a standard 3.5” cutting cassette, capable of producing twenty-four 2” × 3.5” standard business cards in one run. Interchangeable cutting cassettes are offered as optional accessories, supporting the production of various item sizes. These include 5” × 7” cards, 3.5” × 5” postcards, 4” × 5” photos, full-bleed 8.5” × 11” brochures, 11” × 17” menus, gift tags and postal inserts.
