Q: What is the lead time for these products?
A: For samples, the lead time is 1-2 weeks; for mass orders, it is 25-30 days normally.
Q: How about the payment?
A: Normal 30% in advance to confirm order, balance cleared before shipment. T/T, paypal, West Union, L/C available.
Q: What service and support can Sunfung offer?
A: We offer the operational manual, videos, brochures, high definition images for your promotions; FREE trainings from factory, online video instructions for troubleshooting or installations; 1-year warranty for these machines; One time exhibition in China or overseas, where we help you answer end-users enquiries face to face.
Q: What packages we use?
A: Normal package is corrugated cartons. For samples, we may offer wooden case according to customer’s request. For mass orders, we package them by pallets into the containers
Q: How about the delivery?
A: Normal delivery by sea to EU and US market. For some sample orders or to Asia market, we will confirm with customers if sent by air. For real weight or volume weight under 45Kg, we will recommend sent by courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS or TNT, etc.

Warranty Term
What warranty terms do Sunfung products have for you and your customers?
- All products from Sunfung hold a 1-year warranty;
- Solution can be offered within 48 hours if any issue arises;
- Parts replacement within 72 hours from Sunfung by air;
- Sunfung solve the trouble to the end, even when your local dealer cannot provide adequate support;
- FREE replacement will be offered, when Sunfung cannot solve issues within warranty term.
