Laminator operaiton and maintenance guide
1.Power need to be connect the ground safely;
2.Machine need to put on an horizontal places;
3.Not all length paper can reach 15meter/min max speed, for paper length less than 420mm, max speed is 8 meters/min, 420-520mm length paper max speed is 12 meters/min, for paper longer than 520mm, it can reach 15 meters/min
4.Note: The chrome roller heating may have heat over set value at begining, so recommend to set value for 10 degree lower than target value. If target temperature is 110 degree, set 100 degree at begining. When start working, and set the temperature to 110 degree slowly.
5.In the working situation, make the speed fit the temperature. The faster speed laminating working, the higher temperature need. When speed get slow, the temperature can be low accordingly.
6.Paper thickness, the more thick of the paper laminating, the higher value need to be set for lamination pressure. For thinner paper laminating, the lamination pressure should be lower.
7.Paper thickness, the more thick of the paper laminating, the anti-curl level is low, for the thinner paper laminating, the anti-curl level is high. Note: the lamination result depend on the combination for pressure, temperature, speed and anti-curl level.
8.The chrome roller surface need to be clean to guarantee good laminating result. Can be cleaned by high purity alcohol.
9.Machine main lower rubber roller need to be clean to guarantee good laminating result.
10.After laminating work complete, or have machine stop working for time over 30 minutes, recommend adjust the temperature down to “–”( not heating )
11.After laminating work complete, please lift up the perforation blade.
12.After laminating work complete, please adjust the anti-curl level to level I.
13.After laminating work complete, please release the pressure for laminating and paper delivery on the touch screen.
14.When turn off the machine, recommend turn off the machine and vacuum pump first, then cut the power supply, finally cut the air supply.
15.The air pump need to drain away water in some period. avoid the water long time goes to the electronic system.
16.feed slide rail need to be lubricating oil periodly to guarantee feeding smooth.
17.feed table double lead screw need to be oil lubricated periodly.
